GS New York, a unique lifestyle management company specializing in Personal Concierge services, needed a fresh take on their communication strategy, collateral materials and website.
We began by conducting an in-depth strategy workshop, delving into GS New York’s key audiences—customers and prospects—as well as their current and future business objectives. In the workshop, we also took a critical look at their current communications and brainstormed ways to improve the company’s outreach and engagement.
With findings and recommendations in hand, we identified the most critical needs: an eye-catching overview brochure and a website refresh.
Using GS New York’s existing custom photo library with updated, refined messaging and a fresh tagline, we developed this attractive bifold brochure to highlight their wide range of services. The piece was designed to be easy to print and share in person and by mail.
In line with their newly adopted communication strategy, we also refreshed the GS New York website to enhance messaging, sharpen content and present a more visually compelling, on-brand experience.
